Important changes to our operations

Following the ever-changing situation that we find ourselves facing during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) crisis, we would like to advise that we have put systems in place that will allow us to keep working with you during this time of uncertainty.


We are still working - just a bit differently

At this stage our office remains open in a limited capacity, and we are able to work remotely from home, so our team will remain available to help you during this difficult time. We encourage you to keep in touch by phone or email.

Property Inspections

We are conducting property inspections for both our rentals and sales properties. Sale properties can be viewed by either open house inspection (limited to 10 attendees) or private inspection. Rental properties can only be viewed via private inspection and by online 3D virtual tour. If you are interested in a rental property, apply online then if you receive pre-approval we will organise a private inspection for you. For all inspections we are following these protocols;

  • On the day of the inspection both the owner and attendee will be contacted to confirm both parties are not currently ill, in self isolation or have just returned from overseas before proceeding with an inspection.
  • When inspecting we cannot shake hands or have any other physical contact as we must observe maintaining social distancing of at least 1.5 metres where practical.
  • When inspecting, the property consultant will be wearing disposable medical-grade gloves and will assist in opening doors and cupboards, we ask that attendees do not  touch any objects and fixtures within the home, especially high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, tap handles, benchtops and window fittings.


Returning important items to our office

If you are returning keys or documents this can be done by arranging prior and calling once at the front of our office at this stage. There is also a key or document return slot on the single glass door closest to Chemist Warehouse.


Alternately, you can use post, fax or email

Please email your documents to [email protected]  and they will be directed to the appropriate person. Alternately, all documents can be posted to 148-152 High Street, Kangaroo Flat Vic 3555 or faxed on (03) 8677 9033.
